  1. @ ADAM,
I totally agree with you about the enormity of the copyright, fair use and creative common laws. I watch all the videos and no idea that there was so much information to digest.

I like your video! Your right Media Assets Creation could be named massive amounts of content. You definitely hit the nail on the head.

I agree with you about investigating all the sites about copyright, and fair use, and creative commons. I will have to investigate all these sites.

Amazing video!!! You were absolutely correct when you stated that it was a wealth of information. You had wonderful facts. I especially liked the one about Nigeria. You were not alone in regards to fair use. I had no idea about it myself. I liked that you went the extra mile and researched the sites that the videos provided. Opsound is like the facebook of sharing music. Very cool. Great Job!!!

  3. Adam, I loved the fact that you used a video for your blog post. The quick facts at the beginning of the post were a great way to start, and I didn’t realize that fair use included quoting someone else’s work. I wonder if that would include lines from movies? I am thinking that being that strict with it could really cause some headaches for some people. Think about all of the videos on Youtube that are earning money for their work and use those lines in their videos. While copyright isn’t about money, fair use does not cover independent people creating from someone else’s funny work. I also enjoyed you coverage of the different musical sites that offer creative commons music. I have enjoyed using freemusicarchive.org in my work this fall. I like the idea that I can help artists spread their work and improve the quality of the work I produce at the same time. Great job Adam! I can’t wait to hear your views on our next reading.
